For the fourth day in a row, work continues on the implementation of the international project “Court, citizens, society, state: cooperation for change”.
Today, the project team visited Primorsky District Court of Odessa, where the Deputy President of Appellate Court of Odessa region Andriy Drishlyuk gave a detailed introduction to the staff of the court regarding the purpose and objectives of the project “Court, citizens, society, state: cooperation for change”, and the judge of Ochakivsky City District Court of Mykolaiv region Tetyana Shevyrina provided brief but meaningful information about the results of the assessment of the work quality of Odessa region courts, obtained through an anonymous survey of representatives of legal professions working in Odessa region.
The Deputy President of Amsterdam District Court, judge Esther De Roy, who is also an experienced expert on administrative issues, held a number of working meetings with judges and staff of Primorsky District Court of Odessa as a part of the project. During these meetings the issues related to the construction of the court’s work were discussed and proposals were made to improve the organizational structure of the court’s work.
