This morning (January 30, 2019) was very productive for the international project “Court, citizens, society, state: cooperation for change” working group members: representatives of the pilot courts of the project and the legal community got together in Odessa Court of Appeal.
The agenda includes of the results of the first public presentation discussion of the created guidelines for the effective organization of civil proceedings.
The work was attended by: Project Coordinator, Deputy President of Odessa Court of Appeal Andrey Drishlyuk; judges of Odessa Court of Appeal of Odessa region Svitlana Pogorelova and Julian Kravets; chief of staff of Odessa Court of Appeal, Victoria Kholod. Malinovsky District Court of Odessa was represented by the President of the court Leonid Lichman and judges Igor Bobuiko, Maxim Murzenko, Olexander Leonov. On behalf of the pilot Izmail City District Court of Odessa region, judge Olena Balzhik attended the meeting, and on behalf of Odessa region Bar community, Deputy President of Odessa region Bar Council Andrey Kostin and Associate Partner of Yurline law firm Vitaly Cherkes joined the work.
