Deputy President of Odessa Court of Appeal took part in the discussion of new Guidelines for organizing criminal proceedings
A joint working meeting of representatives of the judicial community, representatives of the prosecutor’s office and law organizations of Odessa region, and experts of the European Union Advisory Mission was held today at the new office of the regional representative office of the European Union Advisory Mission in Odessa. The event was attended by Deputy President of Odessa Court of Appeal Andriy Drishlyuk.
The topic of discussion was the presentation of the procedural Guidelines for organizing criminal proceedings and their further implementation in the activities of local courts of Odessa city and Odessa region. The participants also discussed ways of further cooperation on these issues.
Reference: by the decision of the Council of Judges of Ukraine No. 71, the implementation of the pilot project “Court, citizens, society, state: cooperation for change” was introduced in Odessa region, initiated by the Court of Appeal of Odessa region and Tatarbunary Court of Odessa region, the purpose of which is to develop unified Guidelines for organizing civil and criminal proceedings within the framework of the law.
